Level 1 one master suite, two baths and a family media room for relaxation and enjoyment. Step out onto the private garden terraces and enjoy the spectacular island sunsets.
Level 2 adds the perfect elements of indoor-outdoor living. Two master suite, A state of the art kitchen and a chef preparation pantry add a touch of gourmet flair. Open the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and step into your own private infinity pool with breathtaking views overlooking Long Bay. Relax in one of three master suites and step onto your own private terrace that overlooks the private infinity pool.
The third level offers a grand oceanfront master suite and another two master suites with spectacular views of Long Bay Beach, each with its own private bathroom. In case of early check in please inform us in advance. If we can give you an early check in, we will be pleased to do so. If not, our dedicated Concierge will be happy to work with you on luggage drop off and lunch plans in Turks and Caicos Island pre check in.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
• Refundable: Guests can receive a full refund of their booking amount if they decide to cancel their reservation before 60 days from the scheduled check-in date. We believe in accommodating changes in plans whenever possible.
• Non-Refundable: Regrettably, cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date will not qualify for a refund. As the reserved date draws near, our team dedicates resources and efforts to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for our valued guests.
